⛏️ Project Brief

The design of a new tech center for the 24-30 employees currently operating out of a partitioned shop floor in the main building. The space spread over two floors and about 3230 sqft area needs to be adapted to include the existing setup.

Stairway highlights the journey of the tech center.

🔭 Project Vision

<aside> 💼 The design of this office was a response to the client's need for a setting that was distinct from a traditional factory and would encourage interaction and fosters collaborative R&D and the concept of “design thinking”. This building in the middle of an industrial zone is perfect for a state-of-the-art technological hub since it fully embraces their requirement for autonomy in terms of layout and workflow.

📍 The Site

The office is situated inside the Suprajit industry in Jigani-Bommasandra Link Road, Bangalore.

⛑️ Existing Work Set-up

The current setup was a typical office that was gradually disintegrating. Lack of adequate room to hold meetings and conferences, project reviews, test mechanical prototypes, or pantry room had a negative impact on users’ productivity.
